Our lived-experience coaches work with women to provide holistic, evidence-based guidance, utilising a wide range of strategies, tactics and resources to support women with compassion and empathy.

‘Future-self’ design

Crafting a longer, healthier and more joyful next chapter by helping midlife women define and craft their next ‘life chapter’ for optimum health, strength, vitality and fulfilment. Using our comprehensive 11-pillar framework, our coaches work with women to translate the latest longevity science into practical, personalised, evidence-based action for women in their midlife and beyond.

Physical and musculoskeletal health

As our bodies change in midlife, so do our physical needs. We work with women to (re)build bodies that are strong, flexible, adaptive and fit. We harness a range of modalities from yoga and pilates to strength training, SIT/HIIT and balance training. We focus on personalised, data-driven, holistic programs designed for all women, not just those with a history of physical activity. We are passionate about helping women build a body that allows them to continue doing the things they love well into their senior years.

Nutrition and body recomposition

Body composition—the balance of muscle, fat, water and bone—shifts as we age. Many women experience weight gain or changes to their body shape. We help women restore their metabolic health, rebuild muscle and bone, and reshape their relationship with food through personalised, evidence-based strategies and support. We focus on sustainable, data-informed nutrition and exercise practices, strategies to optimise GLP-1 agonists and behavioural change strategies that support energy, metabolism and muscle growth.
